Jason Rowland was our salesman & was absolutely awesome. What started as a dream became reality. Jason is no pressure, friendly, open, honest & even transported us from the rental car location to the dealership. He scheduled our walk thru which I have on video & we stayed all night at their overnight area. Jason was available during work hours to answer questions & provide anything we needed. I had a question after getting home & he got right back to me with the answer. If you are looking to buy an RV, get a hold of Jason at Broadmoor RV. Very helpful in explaining what a trickle charger was and how it worked. Ordered it and said he would make sure it was what we needed when it came in. When we went to pick it up, he explained how to use it and answered all our questions. Felt really good when we left the store for not knowing or even hearing about the thing until it was recommended to us. Really appreciate the time that was given us so that we fully understood what we were getting. - Kathy
We drove from Illinois to pick up our new Outdoors RV 20BD trailer. Our salesperson took care of almost everything by email and phone. When we arrived, the staff at Broadmoor RV were great. They showed us all the features of our new trailer and then helped us get on the road. We didn't experience a single surprise fee, or any difficulties whatsoever. In my opinion, if you're purchasing a new RV, I don't think you'll find a more honest, professional, and accommodating dealership. Broadmoor RV and their staff were awesome! - Mike
