Even though the holiday season is over, there are still plenty of upcoming events that might call for you to buy someone a gift. There’s Valentine’s Day, birthdays, and more. If the person you’re getting a gift for is an avid RVer, then we have the perfect guide for you. Check out some of the gift ideas we’ve provided below, and you can even surprise them before camping season with a spontaneous gift. RV-Inspired Clothing

RV clothing can go one of two ways. You can either give them something practical that they can use for hiking or around the campsite, or you can get something a little more fun, with RV-inspired graphics and designs.

For example, a good pair of hiking boots, an insulated outdoor jacket, and a wide-brimmed hat are all perfect for outdoor adventure. But a fun pair of socks or pajama set with RVs on them can also be a great choice.

Camp-Themed Decor

You can also give the RV enthusiast in your life some new decor for their RV. Keep in mind, they don’t have a lot of extra space, but a little trinket or portable item can make for a fantastic gift. This can include things like a welcome mat, fridge magnets, wall art, or mugs.

These are also a good idea if you’re getting something for their stationary home, plus you’ll have a little more room to work with. A true enthusiast enjoys surrounding themselves with reminders of their passion, so this could be the perfect gift idea for them.

Packable Gear

As we just mentioned, anything you might be specifically getting for their RV needs to be compact and portable. They’re already using much of the interior space for supplies that already have and need, so you don’t want to take up too much room. In fact, getting portable versions of items they already have is also a good gift idea. For example:

  • Nesting mixing bowls and spoons
  • Fold-up toolkit
  • A tablet to replace too many books
  • Shower caddy
  • A lightweight coffee pot (even one that’s perfect for brewing over a campfire!)

GPS

Traveling around the country can be exciting, but there are times in which they’ll be in areas they’ve never been before. Driving in unfamiliar territory is always a little stressful, so if they don’t already have a navigation system, it might be time to get them one. Maps are incredibly useful, but referencing them can pull your eyes off the road. A GPS will tell them the directions so they can stay focused on the road, and it will more easily spot stopping points and attractions that you might not get on a map or be able to see from the road.

Fire Equipment

A campfire is an essential part of any camping trip, but depending on the kind of camping your loved one likes to do, it might be hit or miss as to whether there’s a pit. There are also issues during the summer of a fire ban, in which burning wood might not be allowed. That’s where giving them a propane pit can allow them to enjoy a fire no matter the situation.

You can also give them fire-starting tools to bolster their existing tool kit. There are even mini lantern fires that can sit on any surface, inside or out, for the full experience even if fires altogether are banned.

These are just a few ways you can surprise the RV-enthusiast in your life with something they’ll truly appreciate.
